That is what we offer at Gravel Ridge Doodles, in partnership with Kelly Dearlove CTB.ccs, IPDTA-CDT of On Golden Paws, a world-class Puppy Imprinting Program.
This program is designed to give your puppy a solid foundation of calmness, confidence, politeness, and manners. Your puppy will stay with us in our home and learn how to: be calm, be polite, be well mannered, come when called, pay attention & listen, play nicely with others, use the potty, use the crate, walk with manners, avoid biting, and avoid chewing on furniture. On Golden Paws is a fully “Inspected Certified Licensed” Facility. Puppies can enroll in the program from 8 to 12 weeks of age. Your puppy will still need rules and guidance as they grow, but with our unique Puppy Imprinting Training Program, we make puppy training easier and more enjoyable for you.
Kelly is a certified professional dog trainer and groomer and is a member of the CAPPDT, IPAC CKC and the ODGA With over 23 years of experience and expertise, she provides a positive and relaxed atmosphere in the grooming and training of your dog. Over the years, Kelly has taught puppy and obedience training classes, behavior modification, aggression problem solving, trick training, agility, rally obedience, therapy dog training and evaluating, temperament testing, and CGN . She is also certified in animal first aid, Canine Massage , and has been studying canine nutrition for many years.
Kelly designed the “On Golden Paws Puppy Imprinting program” in 2015, which is a unique program which provides your puppy with a solid foundation towards being a happy well trained member of your family. In this program, your puppy will start learning potty training, crate training, taught basic obedience skills, impulse control, walking on a loose leash , be well socialized, to be respectful and have good manners.
